Je viens de vous faire expédier (recommandées) les épreuves de votre Mémoire avec le manuscrit.22endnote: 2 Poincaré sent the manuscript of his article on continuous groups (Poincaré, 1901) to the editorial office of the Rendiconti di Palermo around the 12th of May, according to his letter to Guccia, ca.  14 Feb., 1901 (§ 4-36-11). The printed version indicates that it was presented in Palermo on 3 April; Poincaré had planned to leave Palermo aboard the Sénégal on the 4th (ibid.).
